All embroidery is currently on a 4 week turnaround. Please contact us if you have an urgent occasion as we may be able to squeeze you in sooner. 

Personalised items are non refundable unless faulty.

These items are created by myself with love and care, if you have an occasion that you would like last minute embroidery for, please ask if I can squeeze you in, in advance. First class post is recommended on this occasion. 

When ordering a mixture of pre order and in stock items, your items will be sent when the pre order items arrive, unless other wise is requested. In which case we can invoice you for your shipping costs and post available items immediately. 

EMBROIDERY CANCELATION FEE. Should you change your mind prior to us posting there is a £10 charge per item. The reason for this is in the days / weeks we have withdrawn the item from our website, we could of sold it to another customer. It also may now be out of season, meaning we will not be able to sell it this year all all. I appreciate your understanding.
